Human Rights Advancement, Development and Advocacy Center (HURIDAC) has pushed for rights-based solutions that put the community and its members at the center of any strategy for addressing their problems. The goal of N4J is to use nature to “meet the social justice concerns of vulnerable populations confronting the climate crisis around the world,” which is in line with this strategy.
With Ghana as the starting point, HURIDAC is committed to collaborating with Nature for Justice to develop carbon projects throughout West Africa. With a strong reason, mitigations, and conservation preservations that don’t jeopardize integrity and quality, projects will be designed to address emission reductions.
